    3. I believe that this line is descended from Lewis BARTON of Baltimore County, MD. I do not have the lineage but am familiar with it because it appears with the line of Thomas BARTON of Baltimore County, MD. There is no known connection between these two lines, at this time. Both lines begin between 1670-1700. I once corresponded with a Diane Kincannon (hope my memory is correct on the last name) who was a descendant of Lewis. She was AOL a couple years ago. Wish I could be more help. I remember the name Aquil(l)a because it appears in my BARTON-CLARK line and is somewhat rare.
