Hi, I am a new lister and currently stuck on William BARTON who, according to the 1841 census for Rotherfield, East Sussex, was born about 1794, but not in Sussex. He married Mary HEASMAN in Hartfield on 10 December 1815, they had the following children: Susannah b abt 1816, Ann b abt 1818, Elizabeth b abt 1824, George b abt 1826, Samuel b 1828 buried 1844, Thomas b 1829, Frances b 1831, John b 1833 buried 1844, Amos b abt 1835, Naaman b 1836 buried 1837 & Ellen b 1837. William was buried at Rotherfield on 29 April 1849 aged 55. Does anybody knows where William was born and/or who his parents were? Thanks, Tony
