I am still looking for the parents of Samuel Barton b. 1816 in Loudoun, VA and his wife Alzira Triplett b. 1818 also in Loudoun, VA. I have tracked his children and accumulated facts for his descendants, but nothing on his parents. The family was in Loudoun, VA in 1850 and then shortly afterwards moved to Knox County, Ohio, where they remained. All the children and grandchildren, with the exception of the oldest daughter, are buried in Knox Co. The oldest daughter, Mary E. Barton Grice lived and died in Iowa. Maybe someone will recognize this line or at least the naming pattern.
