You have the Oxford Bartons, I think I sent. Since none of Gideon's children are carried forward by this author have you checked Sarah PIERCE list. Seems to me there are alot of Pierce's. You have checked www.familysearch.com Have you tried any of Gideon's other children. Do you know where in Maine they were from? Go to a genealogy society and ask for help. I get the addresses from the Genealogical Helper Magazine. If you take "Yankee" magazine, the queries I put in there are the best ever, people just come out of the woodwork. Are you on the Maine-L Dorothy I have never gotten the Maine Bartons and now Lineages Inc in Salt Lake are not wanting to send them out but the new stuff they are sending is not nearly ass nice. But all of this info should be on the family search.
