I was in Navarro on Friday and am in Henderson just 5 miles south of Van Zandt I leave Monday for Rusk county then Tuesday in Navarro and Wednesday in Shelby Yhursday San Augistine on to Cherokee on Friday and possibly back to Navarro on Saturday. I am doing Barton's this trip and have Henderson's and Echol's in the family. My Echols are from here in Henderson County I am across County Road 607 from Echols Lake and a little over a mile from Jenning's Mountain Cemetery which is an Echol's family cemetery that was also open for friends and neighbors my grandfather and his second wife are buried there but there may be cousins and others in Navarro as well that I just have not started to research. I am checking emails so let me know about the Navarro families and I can do some checking there. I will be doing Van Zandt again in a few months I have two reunions and a cemetery meeting in Henderson County with a week between so will be doing Van Zandt and Hopkins during that week as well as spending several days in Athens at the College looking at the old Athens Review Newspapers. Let me hear and I will do some looking on these lines. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. So far, no luck. It seems Lynn Leroy Black was born in Washington state, and his parents came from Oregon or Missouri. Lynn had 3 sons, Robert, Thomas, and Gene.
