    1. [BARTON] Updated Website
    2. Hello Barton researchers, I am trying to get a better handle on the info I have on my Barton line. And, of course, I am still trying to make connections in areas that I am lacking information in. I've updated my website (still needs some work) - but it now goes back two generations further then it did. If any of you find a connection on my site to your line - please e-mail. www.imagesverite.com/genealogy Thanks, Cec Barton-Murrah

    3. Sharon, appreciate your help but I can't get them anywhere except Perry County, Ms where Martha Barton's living with her Grandparents and Martha's mother who is Martha Garraway living with her parents in Perry County, Ms. also. I'm from around there and there are a bunch of Bartons that live in George County, Ms. but I've not been able to make a connection. Pretty difficult not having her father's first name. Martha Barton married Angruis Merritt in 1874 and they had 8 children, one of whom is my grandmother, Eunice Vermel Merritt. Just hoping for a break.
