Here goes my line, not much, but still looking for them. Thomas Bartlett b: AL., married Jenny Towns b: AL., had at least one daughter, my grandmother Margaret Elizabeth Bartlett, b: March 12, 1902, AL. d: April 18, 1929, Hammond, Lake Co., IN., married William Jackson Bellamy, Jr., they had issue of five, only one living now. I have tried to find Thomas & Jenny in AL. census records, a marriage record for them to no avail. My father told me many times that Thomas Bartlett was of wealth and may have been disowned from his family as it is said that he married a Native American, that being Jenny Towns. Some say Jenny only half Native American, I have searched Native American sources and have found nothing there either. If anyone knows of this family, please contact me.
