Hello there, For the Bartlett's of Arkansas, I've have just found out that I'm now one of you.. It seems that one brother/son of one of my Bartlett's left Illinois and found residence in Arkansas.. He and his family started a Saw Mill. He is the oldest of son of his parent's family and this Bartlett had two wives with 8 boys & 1 girl with one wife and 6 more boys and 2 girls with the second.. His oldest boy was 21 in 1892.. Don't know his name as of yet, all I have is what I read in a letter the father sent to his brother.. I want to pull my hair out.. I just thought I had put to rest almost all moving of my line.. I should say not.. I also found out in this one letter that a brother of the Bartlett that went to Arkansas, went to Denver, Colorado with his parents and like the mormons had two wives at the same time.. He had from what I understand 8 boys total and 6 girls.. HELP!! I wish my Bartlett's would quite moving around.. I thought I was finised with all the moving.. Here is my line: CT (Robert & Ann got married)>> Mass had 4 children Samuel, Abigail, Nathaniel, ( Had no children) & Deborah Samuel stayed in Northampton, Mass, Samuel Jr. went to Connecticut, one of Samuel's great Grandson's went to New York (Benjamin (10 children in toe), another great Grandson went to Ohio (Joseph w/ 8 children), Out of Joseph's family, his son Joseph Jr. went to Illinois, then on to Denver Colorado..another of Joseph Sr's sons Andrew Jackson Bartlett went to Michigan to populate, Out of Joseph Jr's family, one went to Iowa (Marcus (7 Children)), Joseph Jr's son Moses (5 children) stayed in Illinois, but his oldest (working to find out what his name is) went to Arkansas.. I'm sorry.. I'm just letting out a little frustration.. I've had it.. QUITE MOVING AROUND.... I was very happy to be working on Mass, Ohio, Illinois, New York and CT.. Now I have to add, Iowa, Arkansas and Colorado.. THIS FAMILY LINE DOES NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO MOVE AGAIN.. THE END!!! Ruth
