(I believe they came from Richmond or King George Co, VA) After having two more children, Anne died and Thomas married Sarah CARROLL. 1. Re: [BARTLETT-ROOTS-L] Bartlett Roots Mailing list.
    2. Hi all, Can someone help? All you Bartlett's descended from Robert the husband of Mary Warren are all my cousins as I'm descended from four of Mary's siblings--Ann, Elizabeth, Abigail and Nathaniel. I may or may not have a more direct relationship and that's why I'm asking for your help. I have a Bartlett line I have a problem with--also in Massachusetts. I'm looking for any information on Richard Bartlett who married 1 Mar 1732/1733 Dorchester, Norfolk, MA Lydia Bradley (b. 14 Feb 1709/1710 in Dorchester) dau. of Nathan and Lydia (?) of Dorchester. I have criptic information that he was born in England from a hear-say genealogy done some 30 years ago. I have absolutly no idea if it is correct or not. They had at least one daughter, Lydia (b. 1734 Boston) who married Ebenezer Hinds of Bridgewater 26 Dec 1751 in that town. They lived later in Fairhaven where he died 19 Apr 1812; she died in Middleboro, MA 12 May 1801. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 1. [BARTLETT-ROOTS-L] To All Bartlett's who haven't posted their lines to the list
    2. Hello there, I just had two individuals unsubscribed from our list and I sent an email to them asking why?? Their answer, Well I couldn't find anything that connects to my line.. I asked, did you posted your line and what were you looking for ?? Both said No.. They have now resubscribed.. If you can't find any posting to the list that has a connection to your line, first ask yourself. Have I posted my line of Bartlett's and what I'm looking for ? If the answer is no.. Then no one on the list is helping you look for your line.. I have printed out all postings of everyone's line and I carry them with me when I go to the library and I spend about 1/2 to 1 hour searching for those emails then I spend the rest of the time looking for me. .. There are several individuals that are on our list that work at libraries, or helping other people search for their lines by the resources they have near them. They can't help you if you don't post your line to the list.. We are all here to help everyone.. To the ones that have posted... Thank you.. So if you haven't posted your line to the list, then I can't nor can anyone else help you in your search for you particular line of Bartlett's.. Remember TONIGHT"S the night for the first Richard of Newbury Chat.. If you have a story about Richard's line and would like to tell the story, let me know.. See you at 9PM or 8PM or 7PM or 6PM.. 1. [BARTLETT-ROOTS-L] New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Kentucky, & Canada Bartlett's
    2. Hello there, I just came from two Genealogy Libraries.. I copied over 50 pages of information on Bartlett's for the following locations.. : New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Kentucky, New Brunswick(very little found), Nova Scotia (lots of info), and a couple of other places in Canada.. In stead of posting all 60 pages of info.. I'm putting the stuff in a package and sending it to Tammy and letting her post at her convenience... What I have is this: Marriage, Birth, Death Will records, Soldiers of the Civil and Revolutionary Wars, and the War of 1812.. Stories on Bartlett's who were Ministers, Sea Captains, and Bartlett's who served or help in the State, City or County Courts, by way of Magistrates, Deputies, or were being charged and were before the court.. I have about copied almost every book in the Largo Genealogy library and I'm going to be working on the Tampa & the 2 LDS libraries from now on.. I've will be going to Orlando in about 3 weeks for a convention and will check out that library when I go.. So I hope I have helped the Bartlett's who have posted their lines .. For everyone who has posted their line since this list was created, I did as much research on your lines as I could find books.. Because of your postings, I have copied and found information that should help almost everyone.. For a couple of you, I still haven't found much on your lines, but don't get upset.. I'm still carring around your posting with me and when I find someting on your line... I will post and let you know.. Ruth Ruth

    3. Hey, now lets not forgett.... Josheph of Newton, Ma. line. John of Weymouth line. Thomas of Watertown, Ma. Thoams of Spotsylvania, Va. line. George line of Guilford, Ct. John of Winsor line. Now we have the Barclift lines of NC. They use to be Bartletts but somehow got a name change. Another Thomas line in Va. Then again there are just a few more lines that we all seem to be working on. Then there are the insane ones, that line would most likely be the one where Ruth and Tammy are related. Most likely they started that line when they started working together putting as many Bartlett lines together as possible. Enjoy. Gosh, this is almost as good as Grannys homemade soup.
