She married REUBEN GATLIN BARRETT 11 January 1855 in Madison County, Mississippi, son of JOSEPH BARRETT and RUTHA CABANISS. He was born 3 July 1833 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, and died 24 May 1894 in Madison County, Mississippi. Notes for AMANDA WATSON: Death certificate shows Amanda was born in Holmes County, Mississippi. Informant was her son R. W. Barrett. Cemetery listed as Millville Cemetery. Buried in an unmarked grave at Millville Cemetery located northeast of Henderson, Rusk County, Texas on Farm Road 782. Cemetery is on the grounds of Millville Baptist Church.
