Carolyn Ericson, daughter of Emma Barrett Reeves, has included an announcement of our reunion in her current column "Kissin' Kussins". The column is online and is published is several East Texas newspapers. She announces her column each week on the Deep South mailing list, A discussion list for genealogy in AL, GA, FL and MS [mailto:[email protected]] <mailto:%5Bmailto:[email protected]%5D> , mail list. I visited Mrs. Reeves in her home in Nacogdoches. We were unable to find a connection between our families. Mrs. Reeves also exchanged information with Lois Barrett O'Kelly, a descendant of the Arthur Barrett who may have been Reuben's brother.
