Sandel Barrett never used his given name. He always went by Barrett. He introduced himself as Barrett, Mr. Barrett or Sgt. Barrett. Even Aunt Janie called him Barrett. I never knew his name until I found his tombstone. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who pieced this Barrett family together. You've made my day! I can't wait to share this with my father.
