Jim, Just a thought. Back when my spouse and daughter played softball I booked numerous hotel reservations. I would go ahead and book how ever many rooms it took to get the discounted price being it be 10 ,12 or 15 rooms. We always had twenty four hours to let extra rooms go but they always gave us the discounted price. I don't know if this would go for this particular facility but you may might want to ask them.
