Barrett marker - Our current balance is $1,100.00. We need a total of about $1,730 for the proposed marker and the DAR emblem. If I order the proposed marker, I will have to pay $810 when I place the order, by March 3, 2003. At that time we'll be $630 short of the total needed. If we are able to order the DAR marker I'm sure I'll be required to pay the full amount for it, about $110, when it is ordered. We need more money and we need it now. The marker at the top of the page has nothing to do with what I plan to order. Please don't be confused. Motel - I checked with the motel today. I was told we had 7 rooms reserved. I'm not sure that is correct and I'll be checking on this again in the next day or two. To be able to use their meeting room we must have 15 rooms paid for. Once again. If you haven't reserved your room you must do so by April 20. Please don't wait until then. You could miss out on a room with the group if you wait and we all could miss out on the meeting room. Name tags - As you know Dina is not going to be able to join us at the reunion, therefore Karen Hett, my wife, Jan, and I are taking on the name tags also. Currently we plan to designs for a 'pin on' name tag; one will be for descendants of Reuben and Hannah, the other will be for the (husband, wife, spouse, child, friend, and/or guest) of a descendant.
