Jim, I have spoken with Susan Jakes again, and she said they don't have an associate pastor because their church is so small but she will take care of it for us. Gerry, Rosemary and I are working on us seeing the old Reuben Barrett property. Mel Odam lives there in Taylors and we have contacted him and waiting for his reply. He is very familiar with the area and made the map showing the modern roads with the old landowners, (there is a link on the website to it, also in the Reuben Barrett book). So I will keep everyone updated on that. Susan also said that the church is at our disposal and anything we would like to use or do is fine with them. I am waiting to hear from her about using their microphone for Jeff to use or if we need to bring one. I will get everything together and give a full update as soon as more things are firm.
