    3. Steve, "Time" is what most of us need! I don't recognize the Barretts below but will refer to your recent note about LEVI B. BARRETT. Notes in my file on Levi indicate the Levi buried at Old Plank Cemetery near Vaiden, Carroll Co, MS, was Thomas J. and Rutha M. Barrett's son. I have some notes on his military record and will try to send you more later. Levi's daughter EMMA married John W. Downs on 27 Oct 1895, Attala Co, MS. Emma and John's daughter ERIE DOWNS b abt 1902, married James Ramage 21 Nov 1919, Attala Co, MS. They had a son, James E. Ramage Jr., b c 1919, who d 2001 in Cleveland, TN.
