Joyce, Is there any rule about repairing old family headstones? I think most of them were made from concrete back then weren't they? They make the small bags of concrete that you just mix in a bucket with water. I have thought about repairing the headstone of John Whitten Barrett as it is broken into but I don't know if there are any rules about it. Hugs, Janet
