Karen told me she was going to help me write my memoirs and then told me to spend five minutes writing whatever came to mind about "mashed potatoes". When I said, "Are you out of your gourd?", I was not trying to be unkind but I really did think she was crazy. :) Then when I wrote my little thoughts, I sat back and laughed because I was telling something that my Granny did and some of my own food tastes. Then the light came on and I had to laugh at what I had just done. So folks, go ahead and write your fun story about mashed potatoes and then save it for your decendents to read later.
