Hi Jim, I don't know about the Dan Barrett running for governor, but I know of Oklahoma's governor, Kirk Humphreys running for Senator. http://www.humphreysforsenate.com/ [click on the 'about' tab for a good picture of him & his family] Kirk's grandfather is George John Humphreys, a half-brother to John Thomas BARRETT, son of Mary Hill & John George Barrett, [son of Albert G. Barrett & Sarah D. Seaton]. After John George Barrett's death, Mary [Hill] Barrett married William B. Humphreys and their 1st child born in Hunt Co, TX was George John Humphreys [Kirk's grandfather] - and possibly named after John George Barrett. God Bless.... Alta
