The Y-DNA test looks only at the Y-Chromosome and only your paternal line.  mtDNA looks at mitochondrial DNA and only your maternal line.   Family Finder will look at Chromosomes 1 - 22 and look for matching areas of DNA.  It can find matches with any of your relatives.  Something that Y-DNA and mtDNA can not do.  I think the potential is good but it will take some time for FTDNA to build a database.   When I had my Y-DNA tested in 2002 I didn't have any close matches.  As the database has continued to build matches have come.  I believe the same will be true of Family Finder. Markers 13 - 25 have been added to kit 167338.   I use MS FrontPage to maintain our website and it Generates a LOT of extra code.  Extra code takes extra time to load and if you use dial-up, as I do, that can be a problem.  Therefore I have been trying to remove some of the extra code.  As I do this I do make mistakes and it can mess things up.  I try to catch them before I load the changes to the Internet but I don't catch everything.  If you find an error PLEASE let me know.   Thanks. Those two kits are my brother and my cousin. Cyrus has been my brick wall for a long time. At one point it was thought that their (Cyrus and brother Elias) father was Frederick but I am not so sure of that. I would love to see some info on their father.
