Hi Barraclough Researchers, In response to Kim's request that we let everyone know what we're transcribing, I'm planning to transcribe Barraclough entries from the following: (1) Yorkshire Parish Register Society, Halifax Parish Registers: Baptisms 1538-1593 (Vol. 37); Marriages and Burials 1538-1593 (Vol. 45). (2) Film# 0990526: Birstall Parish Registers: Bap, Mar, Bur 1767-1813, Bap 1814. (3) Film# 0990527: Bap, Mar, Bur 1814-1820, 1822. It's likely to take me a while to do these, so in the meantime if you want a look-up, just let me know (the last two are still on order). I also have Xeroxes of some others I can check for you and will eventually transcribe: Barracloughs from the 1841 (film 1544771) and 1851(Film 1239271) census indexes for Sheffield, and (I think) from 1884 and 1896 White's Directory of Sheffield (Film 1595420).
