    2. Kim Pasquill
    3. Hi Everyone, Well I'm starting to get back in the swing of things and our friend Mary Berthold has been busy transcribing the following listing for us. Thanks Mary your hard work is very much appreciated by us all. Mary has told me that these are the Birstall records from 1814-1823, but there are some gaps in these on the film, especially in the years 1818-1823. Best Wishes Kim Parish Church of Birstall, 1814-23 (Film # 0990527) All spelled Baraclough unless otherwise noted. (Note: For those Barracloughs with Snowden and Crowther connections, there are many Snowdens and Crowthers listed on this film.) MARRIAGES (Note: Joseph Shaw's and Thomas Carter's names appear repeatedly as witnesses, so they were most likely employees of the parish, not relatives; [x] indicates signed with this mark. The marriages were all by banns, and performed by William Heald, Vicar, unless otherwise noted.) p. 71, #213 John Linier [x] of Birstal and Ann Barraclough [x] of Birstal 10 August 1814.
