Hi Everyone: I will be on a business trip to the beautiful East Coast of Canada until 12 May but am not unsubscribing! I wouldn't miss a Barraclough word for anything. By the time I return, I should have received the actual census records for 1841, 1851 and 1871 for my Thomas Barraclough line in Ecclesfield, Yorkshire. I should also have the deeds, which I have ordered, for Mortomley Lane End, Catherine Parkin of the 1st part to Thomas Barraclough of the 2nd part and Ann Barraclough, the wife of Thomas Barraclough, formerly Ann Parkin as the 3rd part, with others. The "with others" includes Benjamin Huntsman the noted iron founder famous as the pioneer of working with crucible steel. Can't wait to see this! And other deed information for property - Longley Bottom - which may have gone from Barraclough to Jeffcock or Jeffcock with Barraclough as long-term tenant. Again, looking forward to these. As soon as I have all of this wonderful information in hand, I will post it for your records. Best wishes and happy researching, Susan Eddy, Cobourg, Ontario, Canada
