Hi Everyone: I just had to share this with all of you immediately. In January 1998, I was contacted by Elizabeth Gilbert who lives in England. Elizabeth was trying to find her Canadian Barraclough relatives and somehow she had found my name. Over the years, I stayed in touch with Elizabeth by fax and later, by e-mail. When Kim and Linda decided to develop this site, I contacted Kim and told her about Elizabeth and what I knew of her family history. Kim was able to tie in a connection to Brad Crockford. During this week I have been e-mailing all this exciting news to Elizabeth, with no response. This morning I received an e-mail from Kim with an attachment from Brad Crockford and the family connection is perfect. Not having a lot of patience for a terribly exciting event to unfold naturally, I just telephoned Elizabeth in England and had a delightful chat. And no, she had not checked her e-mails in WEEKS! I told her to go open them then sit down and enjoy meeting her "family". She was thrilled and I am sure we will all hear from her. I want to thank Kim, Linda and everyone who is always so helpful. It is a wonderful group and I do believe, that our Barraclough ancestors are looking down on us and smiling!! Best Wishes, Susan Eddy P.S.
