I checked the record for OVENDEN, a district near Halifax, WRY and found an entry for Jno. BARACLOUGH (one "R"). He was a tenant in a cottage owned by a Robert PARKER and paid #1/4/4.5d per annum in Land Tax in 1788-1790. Am still awaiting the births, christenings for PUDSEY and will let you know what I find soon as I have them. Regards Jan
