Is this one of yours Linda ? >From "Sydney's Aldermen" Page 15 Norman Joseph BARRACLOUGH, died 1990. Alderman for Gipps Ward, 27 Sept. 1969 - 16 Sept 1977 member of the Finance Committee 1969 - 1974 and its chairman in 1973. He was also a member of the Community Services Committee, 1969 - 1974; the Works Committee, 1975 - 1977; the City Development Committee, 1975 - 1977. he was also a member of the Sydney Eisteddfod Council and the City of Sydney Cultural Council. He was appointed to the Local Government Appeals Tribunal in 1975 - 1977. He died on 16 June 1990. He represented the Civic Reform Assn.
