    3. Hi Kim Thanks for this. You now say that the son John probably died between 1841 and when William made his will. Is that right ? I have in my notes a copy of an MI which shows :: Monumental Inscription for Holy Trinity Church Wibsey. Monument 601 William Barraclough d:28 May 1872 in his 82 year Susannah w. of above, stuff mfg. late of Leeds, d: at Otley 29 December 1853 at 62 years John, son of above of Gt. Horton d: 22 Oct 1817 at 2 yrs 7mth Martha, daughter of above of Leeds, stuff mfg, d: 19 Aug 1849 at 16 yrs 11 mths. William, s of above d: at Melbourne, Aust, 23 April 1853 at 30 yrs. Henry, stuff mfg. of Otley, 7th son of the above d: 19 May 1855 at 26 yrs Samuel, 8th son of above d: at Otley 9th Oct 1855 at 21yrs. So I take it that you refer to the 2nd son called John Born 1820 for whom :: Parish Register entry reads: John son of William & Susanna Barraclough of Bradford, weaver baptised 30th January 1820. May I please ask wqhether you have a copy of the will of the William Barraclough who died abt 1872?
