Hi Everyone, On having a look though our Victorian Pioneer Index, the majority of the entries belong to both Linda and myself, but there is another family that seemed to have emigrated from New Zealand to Victoria. And I wondered if any of our New Zealand friends, have any claim to this family. Thomas Barraclough died in Euroa in 1888 aged 56 years, his wife Charlotte nee Kendall died Place unknown, aged 35 years, her parents were Thomas Kendall and Maria Mittens. Thomas and Charlotte had the following children born in Victoria. Dora born Fitzroy in 1875 Effie born Euroa in 1880 Ernest Athol born Euroa in 1876 Hilda born Euroa in 1879 If any of our New Zealand friends can shed any light on the origins of this family, I would be extremely grateful. There is another stray in the Victorian Pionner Index in that a Thomas Barraclough son of Thomas Barraclough and Jane Coates died in 1875 at the age of 6 years, his birth place is given as New Zealand.
