Dear All, This is particularly to help answer Kim's request on eight Barraclough baptisms. Only seven are listed in Parish Church records, the other one I cannot find. 1. Maria Barraclough is daughter of James Barraclough a weaver of Wibsey and baptized 18th Mar 1810. She is my great,great grandmother and married Jonus Barraclough, son of John and Sarah Barraclough of Great Horton. Maria had six children. 2.John was son of James Barraclough a miner of Wibsey and baptized 5th Oct.1910. 3.Joseph was son of James Barraclough a cordwainer of Bolton baptized 3rd May 1911 4.Hannah was daughter of James Barraclough a weaver of Clayton baptized 12th May 1911 5.Joshua was son of James Barraclough a husbandman of Clayton. 6.Elizabeth daughterof James B. baptized 30th July 1812 is not listed in Parish Church records. She must be listed at another Church somewhere near. I cannot locate her. 7.Elizabeth is daughter of James Barraclough listed above as a cordwainer of Clayton. This Elizabeth was baptized 30th Aug.1912. 8.Samuel is the son of James Barraclough, the miner of Wibsey listed above.Samual was baptized 4th Oct.1912. I hope this helps with the fathers' James.
