Our BARRACLOUGHs are from Bradford, Yorkshire, England. Harriet Jowett Barraclough (1831-1906) brought her three children to the USA in 1857. We assume her husband, John Charlton BARRACLOUGH (b.1787) had died and that she was a widow at that time. They are my great grandparents. We know the father of John Charlton BARRACLOUGH (above) was also named "John." That is where our line ends. We would love to pursue it further, but in many years of research have not cracked through the dead end. Where are your BARRACLOUGHs?
