Greetings Barracloughs all. I have been researching a certain Thomas BARRACLOUGH on the Census Returns at Bradford Library. I have him on census from 1851 to 1881 inc. On three returns his birthplace is Clayton West,on the '61 it is Denby,which is the same ares as Clayton West. His age is very consistent on all 4 returns, giving a probable year of birth as 1822,or maybe 1821. I haven't yet found him in 1841 in Bradford.He might have been in his birth locality,still with parents. If any kind researcher knows anything that would help me locate him,with or without parents,in 1841,or before,I would be one happy chappy---with parents would be wonderful,of course.
