Greetings Barracloughs All, I was at the Library on Thursday afternoon and the 5th.& 6th.Floors were in a state of utter chaos ! Because Family History,Genealogy and Local History are now so popular,they have decided to put it all onto the 5th.Floor,because the conditions on the 6th.are too cramped. So I didn't stay very long,it was impossible to concentrate ! How long it will take to complete the move down to the 5th.Floor,I know not.The 5th.Floor looked almost empty of it's contents,so it might be done by next week,who knows. Hi All Check out his site for the Telegraph & Argus www.thisisbradford.co.uk unfortunately the archives only go back a few years. Recently I saw a recommendation for a newspaper archive site, trouble is at the moment I cannot remember who, when or where. Will of course let you all know if and when the fog clears. Anne .
