All of the entries we are looking at say Sowerby near Halifax. On the map we are using it looks like Sowerby is near Sowerby Bridge but we can not tell. Are they different? Familysearch has many Sowerby listings: England, York, Sowerby England, York, Sowerby (near Halifax) England, York, Sowerby (near Thirsk) England, York, Sowerby-Bridge etc. What do you think?
