I was in Bradford the other day looking up some Smith details including a Smith/Barraclough marriage. If anyone is interested, this marriage took place at Bradford Parish Church (now Bradford Cathedral) on 27 July 1823, before civil registration, between George Smith, a miner, and Hannah Barraclough, a spinster, both 'of this parish'. That's it. No clues as to who the parents were, but we don't want it too easy!
