    1. Re: [BARR] (no subject)
    2. Hi Bob, I actually have no idea of Samuel BARRS family. I hit a brick wall when I got this far. I am going to Indiana, PA in August to try to find out more about this part of the family. Both sides of my family, my mothers and fathers have been in Indiana County for over 200 years but I have not gotten past my ggrandfather William Nelson Barr as far as going back into history of the family. I hit a brick wall on him for a little while because of his two wives. His first wife, my ggrandmothers name was Margaret PALMER and after her death he remarried a Margaret LYDIC. I am finally getting the children separated from these two marriages. Recently found another brother I didn't know my grandfather had. He is buried in Dixonville where Margaret PALMER is also buried. Don't know where you are from and if you are familiar with the area or not. I currently live in Arizona so it is hard for me but I plan on going back there in the future quite often. Will keep looking and keep you in mind, Sincerely, Bill Gibson
