I'm not sure this fits in but I have a John Barr b 1810 married to Mary Buck who lived in Whitley Co. Indiana. I have them on the 1850 census of Whitley Co. They had Christopher W. age 10, William Dunn age 9, (my g grandfather), Mary age 7, John age 5, were all born in Ohio. Margaret age 3, Isabel age 7 mo. were born in Indiana. They moved from there to Greene Co., Iowa and had a couple more children, Charity and Marion. John Barr was born in Washington Co., Maryland as was his father Christopher D. who married a Barbara Toby. I have no information on Christopher or Barbara. I bet our Johns are cousins at least.
