Wish I could be more help on a connection to your Barrs and my Barrs - All I know about William is that he and his wife came from Ireland sometime between 1814 and 1817 with 2 small children. The other children were all born in Pittsburgh where it appears they settled in very soon after their arrival as they were already there by 1819. I do not have any information on siblings or parents for William Barr - wish that I did! If you ever come across anything that might make a connection, please let me know! Thanks, Amy
