It is here with their permission. Lucille Frances Barr Lucille Frances Barr, 60, of Bristol, Va., died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, in Wellmont Hospice House. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol, Va., and a daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Lewis Hall. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Corby Barr. She is survived by two daughters, Joann Barr and her husband, Tim Hess, and Jackie Vinson and her fiance, Michael Fleenor, all of Bristol, Va.; two sons, Tony Barr and Bruce Barr, both of Bristol, Va.; three sisters, Jean Parsons of Bluff City and Mary White and Anna Cox, both of Bristol, Va.; two brothers, David Hall of Washington and Norman Hall of Bristol, Va.; four grandchildren, Brook Smith, Cody Vinson, Tony Allen Barr Jr. and Sydney Jade Denise Barr; three great-grandchildren, Raegan Blaylock, Aylssa Smith and Chandler Smith; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, Jan. 15, in the chapel of Blevins Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Crowe officiating. The committal service and burial will follow in National Cemetery, Mountain Home, Tenn. Pall! bearers will be Tim Hess, Michael Fleenor, David Fleenor, Bruce Barr, Travis Aldridge, Wendell Buchanan, Bill Hess Sr. and Phil White. Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Henson, Benny Fleenor, Bryan Buchanan, Dave Parsons, Bob White, Jeff Buchanan and Freddie DeLapp Jr. The family will receive friends from 6 till 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
