Hi, I noticed the Charles Cummings right off. My husband's grandmother was Cynthia Ellen BARR and she married 2nd Thomas William Cummings in Vermilion County Illinois. Looks like there was a connection with the Cummings & Barr's in either Ohio or PA. Her father was James BARR (mo.Phoebe WILEY). Cynthia was born in Thorntown, Boone County, Indiana.
