My great-great-grandfather: JAMES W.BARR born 12/12/1825 Ky. married JEMEMIA McLAIN 1849 Mo. died 10/68/1868 Pulaski Co. Mo. In an article written about his son it states he was of Scotch decent, and that his father and family moved to Knox co. Mo. in 1830. This is a very large brick wall for me. i would be very grateful for any help, thanks.
