    2. Greene Co., PA Will Book 2, Page 23 #739 In the name of God Amen. I, William Barnett of Greene County,PA being very weak in body but sound in mind and understanding blessed be God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament, first of all I recomment my immortal soul into the hands of God who gave it and by body to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned. And as touching such worldly goods or estate as has pleased God to bless me in this life. I give and dispose in the following manner to wit. First all my just debts if any be paid with funeral expenses. Secondly I give and bequeath all my estate both real and personal of every nature together with all debts, dues and demand to my dearly beloved children viz James Barnett, Thomas Barnett, David, John, Katherine, Eleanor and Susanah to be equally divided and paid to them whenever said debts become due and collected. And lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint Henry Bane and John Lazear Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills and testaments and bequeathe heretofore made and declaring no other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto signed sealed and published and pronounced as my last will and testament this seventh day of December 1833. Signed and sealed in presence of William Barnett (seal) Thomas Lazear John Courtright Greene County Before me Jesse Lazear Register for the probate of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County this day came Thomas Lazear and John Courtright the two subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing and being duly sworn according to law did say that they were present and saw and heard William Barnett the Testator within named sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the within to be his last Will and testament and that at the time of doing thereof he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best of his judgement observation and belief. Sworn and subscribed Thomas Lazear before me Dec 30, 1833 John Courtright Jesse Lazear Regst. Registered Dec 31, 1833 and Letter Testamentary granted to Henry Bane and John Lazaer same day with copy of will annexed. Inventory filed.
