My great-grandmother was Dollie Barnett, probably born Evadna, married John Judson Stamps. She was born about 1847, and lived in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Kentucky, I believe. She died in 1928. Her parents listed on her death certificate are William Barnett and Virginia Day. Either or both were thought to have been born in Virginia. It is not clear whether they lived in Virginia or Kentucky. I believe Dollie had a few sisters. One, who is either a sister or first cousin, was Rebecca Barnett who married John H. Napier, and lived in Louisville. Do any of these names ring a bell with anyone?
