I recently posted an inquiry about Gehoida Barnett , born about 1804 in either South Carolina or possibly North Carolina. He moved to Hall County, Georgia about 1826. Subscriber , Donna Johnson, replied to the inquiry saying she was related to Gehoida through his daughter, Martha Barnett Thomason. I would like to correspond with this subscriber on the subject. My Great Grandfather , John Willis Barnett, born about 1845, was Gehoida's son and a brother to Martha Barnett, wife of James A. Thomason. I believe Gehoida was married twice, with my Great Grandfather being from the second marriage. I am interested in learning about Martha's line. My records show she and James had two children. One of these was a son, named G.W.(George Washington) Thomason. I have a family history sheet of James Thomason's ancestors, and going down through G. W.'s children. I would be interested in talking to someone who might have family pictures of James and Martha. I would be happy to share what I have on Gehoida and Martha with anyone and would appreciate any info they could offer. Mary Alice Jones
