Also more imfo if you have on William, spouce, events ,dates other surnames connected etc. This would help much. Punctuation and Capitals also make for easier reading. I am looking for an Eliza Barnett, which may have been her maiden name, or she may have married a Barnett. She was born in Northampton, and was on the 1881 Census as living in Aislaby in Whitby. She was then 47 and had two children, Alexander and Cornelius. Cornelius was born in 1866 in West Deeping. His father was John Christian. On the birth certificate of Cornelius under 'Name, surname and maiden surname of mother it says Eliza Christian formerly Barnett'. But equally we think she may have first married a man called Barnard, and had a son (my Great Grandfather) Benjamin Barnard. He too, we believe, was born around West Deeping.
