I am trying to locate the parents (and hopefully, other relatives) of a Julia (or Julian) A WHEELAND. According to the birth certificate of a Benjamin Foster BARNETT (born 9 Sep 1873 in Port Washington, Tuscarawas Co., Ohio) a Julia A WHEELAND and Thomas F BARNETT are listed as his parents. Also, according to information sent to me from the Tuscarawas Co. Ohio Marriages, 1864-1880 Vol III, page 145, Julia WHEELAND and Thomas BARNETT were married on 14 oct 1869 in Clay Township, Tuscarawas Co., Ohio.
