Both are bur in Bethel Presbyterian Cem in York Co SC. A cousin descend of Barnett line saw their graves there in 1980's. name of June Thornton of N C. CHILDREN; 1...Alexander Barnett b 10 Aug 1774 died 18 May 1851. mar to Rachael Adams b 12 May 1777; died 6 Dec 1857 ( dau of William Adams and Margaret Ewart) Had 10 children. 2....William Barnett b abt 1778 .
