    3. Hi Everyone: Today the 12 marker results for Particiant 0018 (Kit 20841) arrived. At this time I do not know if he has ordered a 25 or 37 marker test but he needs to do so if he already has not done so. He matches Participant 0008 (Kit 12937) 11 for 12 meaning there is a 1 step distance between them. I have been playing with census records tonight trying to see how they might relate. Participant 0008 is thought to descend from William Barnett born in Ireland and came to PA about 1736. Descendants went to Mecklenburg County NC then to Knox County, TN (before 1802) and on to Bradley County, TN by 1836 then to Collin County, Texas between 1886 and 1888. The earliest ancestor of Participant 00018 is William Barnett born about 1858 in TN. According to the 1900, 1910, 1920 census of Hunt County, TX his parents were both born in Virginia. This family moved to Texas prior to 1885. Hunt County and Collin County are next to one another. There is another major connection. Participant 0018 has a Grafton Barnett in his family born 1907 Hunt Co, TX in 1910 and 1920 Hunt Co census. Participant 0008 has a Grafton Barnett in his family born 1877 in the Bradley County, TN 1880 census Bradley County, TN. As preliminary speculation if Paticipant 0008's migration path is Ire-PA-NC-TN-TX and Participant 0018's line went from VA-TN-TX then their connection probably has to be in Ireland, PA or VA? Again, we are looking for more Barnetts to join the test group!
