I guess that we can "assume" that Barnett's like the name Brush Creek! It sounds picturesque to me - and there are certainly alot around. I just thought it interesting that two brothers ended up in similarly named places. Diane in Indiana - who didn't know about Brushy Creek > Don't overlook Brush(y) Creek, Crawford Co., Indiana another area where > Barnetts settled.
