My farthest back known ancestor Thomas Barnett resided mainly in Monroe Co. TN and died there in abt 1882; had lived previously in Blount and Polk Co. TN and at one time lived in St. Clair Co. AL. His first wife was Nancy McKeigg and his second wife was Elizabeth (Davis) Barnett, whom he married in 1821 in Athens, TN. Thomas was a veteran of the War of 1812 and also the Mexican War of 1848. I am seeking parents, siblings, and descendents of Thomas. Any help appreciated. Steve in Hawaii
The only Elizabeth Davis I have was Elizabeth Davis b. abt. 1843 who married Moses Mcfee Barnett in Whitley Co., KY. I would like to find descendants and more information on a Thomas Barnett, son of William A. Barnett and Hannah Heath. This Thomas was born about 1848 in Pulaski Co., KY. Also would like the same on Thomas' brothers Zephaniah, b. 1835; Ebenezer, b. 1838; and Martin b. 1849. Also on his sisters Elizabeth b. 1844 and Mahaly b. 1851. Thank you.
