Hello, I am sorry that you have mistaken this message as a religious belief. It is not and was not meant to be that at all. I supose you think when things are bad things being done that they are Some higher being's idea's that got into the mind of whoever.... Well as I have found it is not but maybe you think it was. and not _______. Well , I aplogize for the misinterpretation and wish now that I hadn't even sent this message in any way to try to get across to people that is is not right to take a paid for and Finial resing place of another as this is what is being done. My guess is that you wouldn't care if you were one of those who would be taken from your resting place later down the road..... Maxine, It is not just one place that is moving graves in the United States, but there are a lot of them. I think it is disgraceful the way they are doing it. There are people now trying to save the Warsaw Church and cemetery in Atlanta,Fulton County, Ga. The Church is the oldest in Fulton Co.when first built it was in the thing about it the Church and Cemetery years ago mergered with a nother (Johns Creek Church) and is no longer in use. Now John Creek Methodist Church wants to sale the land so they can expand on their Church ( this is the Church that they merged with and was promissed that they would not ever tear down the Old Church. The people that they are selling to wants to tear down the Church and build a shopping Center in front of the Cemetery (as if Atlanta Did not have enough Shopping Centers now, they need one more for sure) When you stop to think about a Church wanting to do this you wonder what our world is coming too. Also the Fulton Co. Commissioner are only seeing the $$$$ and not the history or that these people have been buried there for years, there are slaves, and Indian buried in unmarked graves in the cemetery that several knows where they are. This does not make any differents with John Creek Methodist Church at all. They are only seeing $$$$ for the land. At the last Commission meeting (April ) they even had John Smoltz of the Atlanta Braves with them (John Creek Methodist Church) if this goes in favor of John Creek Methodist Church my money will not go to The Atlanta Braves anymore and the TV will be changed for sure. I know that it is not all of the Braves that is doing this but he is one of their players and I will prostest against all of them because of him, I know it will not hurt them but at least I will know that my few dollars, is not going to them, also that is one shopping center that will not get any of it also.
